One to one training sessions will take place at The Studio on New Road Side, Horsforth or at your home on special request.
I can conduct postural analysis to help guide you in identifying areas to work on, although this is completely optional.
We will start with a thorough consultation meeting to create a truly personal training program designed to meet your individual goals and capabilities. This will suit anyone with specific needs such as injury rehabilitation, GP referrals or if you simply want a personal touch for motivation or fitting around an already busy schedule.
1 Hour of Pilates Personal Training costs £35 and it is recommended that you commit to a minimum of 12 weeks in the first instance.

I offer a Beginners Basics 1 to 1 package which is 3 PT sessions ideal for people wanting to get a hold of the 'basics' before joining a class environment. 3 sessions cost £120. This option has most often been given as a gift for absolute beginners or even for postnatal ladies wanting to get back to exercise after having their baby.
This workshop is aimed at people with various hip and knee conditions who wish to try Pilates. This may include further rehabilitation following a hip or knee replacement, weakness in the hip or knee joints....
During the workshop I will aim to demonstrate and teach a range of Modern Pilates exercises that are great for mobilising the hips and knees as well as exercises to strengthen and stabilise muscles, targeting weaknesses and imbalances in these areas.
Through this workshop I aim to help people gain confidence in their ability to exercise even when dealing with issues with their hips and knees.
